On April 20th, Taizhong successfully delivered the TZ550 large hydraulic excavator to the plateau mining area. The order took only 72 hours from the signing of the contract to completion of delivery, spanning 2000km across the 100 mile wind zone of Xiaocaohu and the sandstorm area of the Taklamakan Desert.

It is windproof, sand resistant, and adaptable to low oxygen environments, and can meet the stable operation requirements under complex high-altitude climate conditions. On the day of equipment delivery, it was put into trial operation in the Kunlun Mountain mining area at an altitude of 3500m.
To ensure the full lifecycle service of equipment, Shanxi Taizhong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., together with Taizhong (Xinjiang) Equipment Service Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang agent service personnel, has launched the construction of a mining area service network, established a regional spare parts storage center, and formed a 24-hour rapid response team to ensure the closed-loop management of "fault warning - parts supply - on-site service".
